Tôm cắt râu rửa sạch,ướp 1/2 muỗng canh hạt nêm, 1/2 chỗ hành tím và tỏi băm, 1 muỗng cà phê tiêu trong khoảng 15 phút.
Phi thơm chỗ hành tím và tỏi băm còn lại với 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn rồi cho tôm đã ướp vào đảo nhanh tay khoảng 2-3 phút.
Cho 2 muỗng canh mật ong, 1/2 muỗng canh hạt nêm, 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối vào chén nước dừa khuấy tan đều, chế chén nước dừa mật ong vào chảo tôm.
Nấu lửa vừa, thỉnh thoảng dùng đũa đảo đều lên, nấu đến khi nước dừa sánh lại. Xào tiếp tục cho tới cạn sệt, tắt bếp.
